Ingredients
4 Finnebrogue Wagyu burgers
4 tacos (similar size to the burger diameter)
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes, sliced
Red onion, finely sliced
Pickles, sliced length way
Jalapenos
Chilli flakes
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1.5 tsp mustard English
2-3 tbsp sweet relish
Method
The juiciest, beefiest wagyu burger taco in the world – probably!
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined. Season and adjust flavours as required.
Shred lettuce, slice tomatoes and red onions – set aside.
Fry off each Finnebrogue Wagyu burger in a frying pan or griddle for 10-15 mins, turning until they cook thoroughly.
Place a taco onto each cooked burger (one per person) and press down firmly with a spatula so they ‘smash’ – hold for 10 seconds.
On the flip side, add a slice of cheese on top of the burger and allow it to slightly melt.
Once the burgers are flipped and topped with cheese, remove them from the pan and build your taco with the other ingredients and sauces.
