The Finnebrogue values describe the behaviours, beliefs and principles that guide all Finnebrogue colleagues.

VALUES CHAMPION

Each month, our people are given the opportunity to nominate a Finnebrogue Values Champion – a colleague who has gone over and beyond in demonstrating one or more of our values.

These nominations are reviewed by the Executive team and one champion and a ‘highly commended’ are selected. The values’ champions are recognised for their achievement and given the opportunity to ‘spin the wheel’ and win a fabulous prize.
