Full Ingredients: British or Irish Pork (71%), Water, Hot Honey (Honey, Water, Chilli Puree, Cornflour, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Chilli Flakes, Cayenne Pepper), Naked Smoked Bacon (4% – Pork, Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, smoke Flavouring), Red Pepper, Rice Flour, Chickpea Flour, Bamboo Fibre, Flavouring, sea Salt, Ground Spices (Coriander, White Pepper, Nutmeg), Garlic, Red Jalapeno Chilli, Dried Onion, Smoked Paprika, Cornflour, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Dextrose.
Natural Casings: Sausages filled into natural vegetable casings (alginate vegetable-based casings are formed in part from seaweed extraction).
Natural Flavouring: We do not use any nitrites, whether from traditional sodium nitrite or nitrites derived from vegetable extracts like celery juice.
