Full Ingredients: British or Irish Pork (71%), Water, Hot Honey (Honey, Water, Chilli Puree, Cornflour, Cider Vinegar, Salt, Chilli Flakes, Cayenne Pepper), Naked Smoked Bacon (4% – Pork, Water, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, smoke Flavouring), Red Pepper, Rice Flour, Chickpea Flour, Bamboo Fibre, Flavouring, sea Salt, Ground Spices (Coriander, White Pepper, Nutmeg), Garlic, Red Jalapeno Chilli, Dried Onion, Smoked Paprika, Cornflour, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Dextrose.

Natural Casings: Sausages filled into natural vegetable casings (alginate vegetable-based casings are formed in part from seaweed extraction). 

Natural Flavouring: We do not use any nitrites, whether from traditional sodium nitrite or nitrites derived from vegetable extracts like celery juice.

How to Cook

Nutritional information is based on 100g.
Before cooking, remove all packaging.
Med Grill 15-18mins | Pan Fry 15-18 mins | Air-fryer 11 mins

FOR BEST RESULTS: GRILL: Domestic grills vary, the following is a guide only. Preheat grill to a medium heat. place on a rack under grill and cook, turning occasionally.
PAN-FRY: Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently.
AIR-FRY: Preheat air-fryer to 200C. Place sausages in air-fryer basket, ensuring single layer, and cook for 10 mins, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 min. Check product is cooked and piping hot throughout and no pink uncooked meat remains and the juices are clear.

Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

How to Store

For use by date, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Do not exceed use by date.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use within 24hrs.
