We use only premium grass-fed wagyu beef to make our buttery tender burgers and meatballs – the juiciest, beefiest wagyu in the world – probably! They are produced at our gluten-free site in County Down.

How to Cook

TO PAN FRY: Heat a little oil in a frying over a medium heat, turning the meatball frequently until fully cooked.
TO OVEN COOK: Preheat oven to 200C | Fan 180C | Gas 6. Place meatballs on a lined oven tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning occasionally.
TO AIR-FRY: Place meatballs in a single layer in tray and cook at 200C, turning frequently until cooked. All to stand for 1min before serving.
Check product is piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Always wash hands, all work surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
DO NOT REHEAT. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Each pack contains 4 servings of 3 meatballs.

How to Store

For use by date, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0-5C. SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING. Freeze by use by date and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use immediately. Do not re-freeze.
