Four hundred and fifty athletes from across Ireland, along with participants from Scotland and the USA, gathered at Castleward in Co. Down, just 8 miles from Finnebrogue, for Triathlon Ireland’s Beyond the Wall Series, organised by Down Triathlon Club.
The event was an incredible spectacle, showcasing athletes, including Finnebrogue’s own commercial manager Claire Patton, as they tested their endurance across swimming, cycling, and running.
After crossing the finish line, athletes and 500 spectators enjoyed delicious hot dogs from the Finnebrogue Food Truck. The Naked Pork Sausages, served in Ormo bread rolls, were a hit!
