There are many entry levels to working at Finnebrogue, and all roles include the support of our learning and development team. We continue to invest in our people because we want them to be the best they can be.
This week we recognised the achievements of 45 colleagues who completed Level 2 or 3 in Proficiency in Food Team Leading or Food Team Management; and a number of colleagues who completed Essential Skills.
At a special awards ceremony, colleagues received their certificates from Finnebrogue Operations Director, Dermot Hawkins, who recognised the hard work and effort shown by everyone.
