Christine co-founded Finnebrogue with her late husband Denis, and continues to play an active role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Roger, a veteran of UK grocery, took up his position on 1st November 2022. After 10 years as an executive director at Sainsbury’s, Roger joined Asda as chief operating officer and deputy chief executive in 2016, before becoming chief executive a year later. He left Asda in August 2021 after four years at the helm. Roger was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2022 New Year Honours for services to the food supply chain.
As the largest private employer locally, we have an enormous responsibility within our community.
